Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

• Rescheduling: give us at least 24 hours' notice and we'll move your £20 deposit to a new date, subject to availability.
• Cancellations: deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend.
• Late arrivals: we allow a 10-minute grace period. After that a late fee may apply, and over 30 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
• Balance: the deposit is deducted from your total; the remaining balance is payable at your appointment.
